The Standard Form 330, also known as SF330s, is used by federal agencies, higher education institutions, and several state and local entities as a format for architectural and engineering firms to submit their qualifications. If your firm is the most qualified, but these documents are not filled out correctly, the agency has a reason to throw out your submission and hire your competitor. Liana and Patricia are eager to make sure you and your firm are set up for success. Together, they will conduct a workshop on how to fill out SF330s with compliance and how to make your SF330s stronger based upon feedback they have received from clients.

Audience Key Takeaways:

  1. How to fill out an SF330 with compliance
  2. How to strengthen your SF330 submittal
  3. Tips and tricks on how to make SF330s easier

Speaker Bios:

Liana Berrus, Marketing Manager: Liana is Marketing Manager at Apogee Consulting Group, providing leadership and direction on a wide range of federal pursuits. Her collaborative approach to leadership has paved the way for greater coordination between subject matter experts and marketing, streamlined proposal processes, and strengthened pursuit strategy. A life-long learner, she is passionate about continual learning so that she can pass knowledge along to others, investing in their growth and development.

Patricia Mitchell, CPSM, Southeast Division Marketing Manager: Patricia “Patty” Mitchell is a Marketing Manager for Terracon where she provides strategic marketing support and management for Terracon's Southeastern Division. She brings eight years of industry knowledge where she has focused on creating the perfect pursuit process – including developing the pursuit strategy, creating marketing collateral, leading proposal teams, and coaching for short-list interviews.  Through this development, she has grown through mentorships where she has looked to leaders both in and outside of the AEC industry. In being mentored, she has found confidence and purpose leading her to mentor other marketing professionals to improve collaboration, streamline processes, and encourage professional development. Her motivation stems from the ability to play a bigger role in the success of marketers in the AEC Industry. She enjoys working alongside, mentoring, and educating team members to become more efficient and empowered.
